  • 10 gram vital wheat gluten
  • 800 gram water
  • 20 gram salt (plus extra for topping)
  • 10 gram instant yeast
  • tbsp rosemary (optional)
  • some cherry tomatoes (optional)

4-5 hour rise with some folds every hour.
