Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson.

Jefferson was openly not. The other two were "no affiliation".

John has a point and all, but let's not forget these fine gentlemen, and try not to group them in with the fairy tale believers.
- Fair enough about the other two, but Andrew Johnson was no fine gentleman. He was kind of an asshole and/or coward..
  
  Valid point. But at least he was an asshole who thought for himself instead of attempting to force the will of his imaginary sky daddy.
