I'm still going to refer to it as "Formerly Twitter", or "The Service Formerly Known as Twitter".
- I prefer TechDirt approach of calling it ExTwitter.
- I will just continue calling it Twitter when I refer to it, which isn't often.
- I'm just going to call it "Twitter" on the rare occasion I call it anything at all
