I know this is off topic, but can someone please explain the use of the word, "Rule" lately. I tried urban dictionary and it didn't help. Is it kind of self-explanatory, because it seems to be used in a similar way to the normal use. Thanks and sorry for the hijacking.
The rule of the 196 community is that you're supposed to post a submission of your own before leaving, and it's customary to include the word "rule" in your post in reference to that rule.
