South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem is now banned from all tribal lands in her home state

All of South Dakota’s nine indigenous tribes have voted to ban Gov. Kristi Noem from their lands.

This seems like a good way to keep people off your front lawn. Wonder if you need to be specific, or if you can nominate a whole class of "human", say, anyone who is a climate denier, or loves having tea parties, or has orange skin with very small hands..
- Newt Gingrich has been banned from stepping foot on the first 3/5 of my lawn since 1996.
  
  Obv fuck Newt Gingrich, all my homies hate Newt Gingrich, but why 3/5 and 1996? I know the 3/5ths compromise, did he do or say something particularly heinous in regards to slavery in 96 I don't know about?

- Isn't SD like majority tribal land
If her dog could have a say or bark in this, I'm sure it would equate to approval of the banning.
