Great. So now all NFL teams know what the penalty is and will risk it again in the future... because the penalty is so weak.

I know what they mean, but the headline makes it sound like they messed with his robot brain or gave him bionic implants or something.

5th round isn't as bad as 3rd and higher. It's a slap on the wrist.
