With so many shows taking 2-3 years between seasons, I find myself starting to abandon shows. Either the excitement from the first season isn't sustained or I forget everything that's happened and can't be bothered to rewatch the previous seasons to catch up.

Do you use items and prosthetic tools in boss fights in Sekiro?
I'd like to since they're cool and flashy and make for more dynamic fights; however, I usually default to just standard combat because all these additional moves just distract me and lead me to making mistakes if I don't tunnel vision into the fight
Any of you guys have tips for incorporating more diverse combat techniques other than just trying them out?
