The population density of Gaza as a whole is roughly one-tenth of Mosul and yet the civilian deaths accounted for the same effort are significantly less in Gaza as compared with the 2017 capture of the Mosul. I am not sure why anyone on earth is expecting the IDF to magically do better than the world's largest coalition in history in OIR. Urban combat sucks for everyone involved.
Partially but there is also an information gap about perpetual violence coming out of Gaza from the region as well. Just because Israel got better at defending does not mean they are not reacting in a vacuum.

I have yet to have someone provide me with a source where Hamas/PA admits that an air strike hit something other than civilians. Why would you take an organization at its word that has been shown time and time again to directly make up reality before reports are validated?

Being somewhat in the know, I honestly don't think it's a propaganda tool for the CCP in it's current form and making that claim unsubstantiated doesn't help with credibility. What it is though is direct access to your devices as a spy tool and a massive machine learning data source that the CCP has unfettered access to. The Russians have lost several times now than the population of Avdivka trying to take it. Ukraine shifted to an attritional fight to preserve combat power until they could dismantle Russian fires capabilities which they've been doing quite effectively. If they want to win the war with all their objectives, this is exactly how Ukraine does it. Killing Russians is the best way to get them to leave. Never forget that
