i got my bite for free, and then gave out bites for free as well. Vampire solidarity! (that was during the days when you could see "50k vampire bite" in the chat)
Maybe there is a limitation of purity. Like the ones that got it from "infection" instead of genetics are not pure, so they cant infect more themselves.
That would mean that all werewolves would eventually become extinct as they could not reproduce. Their lineage would be in constant decline.
Now, if you instead make it that only OLD werewolves can infect others you can have the same limit on sales with a reasonable excuse as to why they don't overrun the world from exponential growth. Something like it takes years of transformations before the infection can change their genetics enough to be passed along through a bite.
Uuuh no. They would just have to fuck one of their own kind to reproduce. Thats what i mean by getting it from genetics. The other commenter hit the nail on the head calling it werewolve eugenics. But yeah, being able to bit people to infect them sounds much more fun.
im not sure if there are servers that support large enough playerbases for vampires and werewolves to split into factions in any mod for skyrim or morrowind, let alone mods that support that many players at once considering there's so much stuff that needs replicating to server and clients.
It doesnt sound like factionalism, it sounds like certain players offering a service for expediency. Also I only noted Morrowind as having a multiplayer mod as well. Hows bout ya look up some youtube videos on it so you can stop pretending that ya have any idea you are talking about.
I'd imagine it's be unhinged based on Morrowind's mechanics alone. Some guy zooms up to you, hits you with his fists until you have no stamina, then you lie on the floor while he zooms away.
both vamp bites and werewolf bites are free now in eso, even in zone chat. i remember when people used to charge for it in zone chat but the supply is so high that it was easy to ask a friend or guildie to give you a free one.
