Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will no longer grant ‘Erotica’ points for taking photos of women

Can't say i particularly agree with the decision, the better call by far would have been to expand it to include men

I feel like almost none of the categories of photos Frank takes have any positive implications, which does fit his character as a highly driven, reckless photojournalist. Even today, it feels like those are the kinds of photos some tabloids would publish during a zombie apocalypse. It's not a huge loss at any rate.

Pretty good chance someone will mod it back in at some point. I think the bigger issue is not getting franks original voice actor back

This remaster is sounding worse and worse.

Frank looks like an old man. So much censorship. No T.J. Rotollo. Bleh!

Can't have clever satire reinforced by mechanics, people might be too stupid to get it!

I fucking hate that we successfully fought the right's obsession with media being meant to be emulated only to get the left's version of the same.

Taking photos rewards significantly more xp than killing zombies. So they're gimping gameplay. But why? It makes you wonder.

EDIT Also why are they removing stuff from a remaster?
