In a ruling Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Ada Brown granted a motion for summary judgement filed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other plaintiffs, and rejected the FTC's own petition for a judgement in its favor.

Reactionary judge in christofascist state sides with corporation…color me surprised
Maybe it's time to consider repatriating Texas (to Mexico).
- We've hurt Mexico enough.
- Takes Texas away from Mexico. Returns it in worse condition.
  
  Pretty sure we're outside the warranty period at this point, we're stuck with it.
