Je nach E-Mail kann ich ja verstehen dass die Polizei dann mal nachschaut. Aber ich möchte erwarten dass die Sachlage vor Ort dann als unglaubwürdige Anschuldigung erkannt wird - ohne dass man für eine Stunde Vernehmung mit aufs Revier muss, bei so schwacher Anschuldigungslage.
Ja. So wie ich das im Artikel verstanden habe, haben die ja nicht einmal seine Wohnung gründlich durchsucht - sonst wäre das nicht nach einer Stunde durchgewesen, und der PC wird dann ja meistens zuerst eingepackt und so schnell bekommt man den dann auch nicht zurück. Anscheinend wurde ja nicht einmal der Stream unterbrochen.
Wie kann es sein, dass die Anschuldigung so schwer und für die Polizei so glaubhaft war, dass der Mann in Handschellen abgeführt wird, aber die Wohnung nicht durchsucht wird?
Was für ne abgefuckte scheiße alter. Man muss wohl echt aufpassen mit welchen daten man Öffentlich auftritt. Irgendwoher muss der typ, der die falschmeldung abgegeben hat, ja entweder public IP oder Hausnummer mit straßenname her haben.
Das Problem mit der Datenangabe ist leider, dass man hier in Deutschland ziemlich oft ein Impressum braucht (soweit ich informiert bin auch als Streamer), wenn man keine Bußgelder riskieren will... Da haben so Spinner wie die, die hier die Polizei gerufen haben, leichtes Spiel.
Nein, so einfach funktioniert das nicht. Die Polizei kann natürlich relativ einfach mit dem Namen auch die Adresse aus dem Melderegister ziehen, als Anzeigender bekommst du die aber nicht "mal eben so". Zunächst muss überhaupt erst mal ein Staatsanwalt die Anzeige überhaupt aufnehmen und ein Verfahren eröffnen oder (bei Antragsdelikten) muss der Anzeigende schriftlich einen Strafantrag stellen.
Was ist denn die "derzeitige Bedrohungslage"? Die gibt es nämlich de facto nicht.
Solche Aktionen, insbesondere durch anonyme Hinweise, sind vollkommen überzogen. Jeder, wirklich jeder, kann vollkommen anonym über Tor online eine Anzeige erstatten bzw. dort melden, dass die oben beschriebenen Dinge passieren. Da kann man doch nicht einfach die Tür eintreten.
Das ist ein typisches Beispiel für eine vollkommen fehlgeleitete Ressourcenallokation. Wahrscheinlich sitzt sich das SEK den Arsch platt, weil nichts los ist und dann nimmt man sowas gerne mal mit. Die Aufarbeitung wird aber Jahre dauern, weil leider kein Personal da ist.
Welches Szenario ist so plausibel, dass man den mutmaßlichen Täter in Handschellen abführt, aber dann nicht seine Wohnung gründlich durchsucht? Die haben ja nicht einmal seinen PC einkassiert, und das scheint in den meisten Fällen das erste zu sein wo sie drangehen. Haben die ihn am Ende nur mitgenommen, weil er sie nicht ohne Durchsuchungsbefehl in die Wohnung lassen wollte?
