It's the Jerboa app if that matters I'm new to lemmy in general and I don't really know where to ask this question so sorry if this doesn't belong here I tried to look it up but couldn't find anything
It's a site tagline. It's a collection of in-jokes, shibboleths, high quality lib breakdowns, practical advice, prophecies, and dick jokes. When you load the page a tagline gets selected from a very very long list at random.
In this case it's a completely bizarre and ludicrous statement that some lib made when they wandered in here.
They are funny posts that get chosen at random, this one is one of my favorites
