Nintendo suing gamer for streaming Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Mario & Luigi: Brothership, and more ahead of release

Keighin reportedly told Nintendo he had “a thousand burner accounts” and that he could “do this all day,” Nintendo alleged in the lawsuit.

In response to DMCA takedowns this guy apparently sent emails to Nintendo telling them he was just going to link people to mirrors of Yuzu and Ryujinx

Fuck Nintendo and the DMCA, obviously, but what a fucking dumbass

  • “LOVE YA’LL! CAPITALISM IS CANCER! MY CHANNEL IS BEING DELETED FOR SHARING GAMEPLAY VIDEOS! THIS IS YOUR REWARD!”

what you call a dumbass i call a legend shrug-outta-hecks

    • Is that a quote from the dude? Still, all he managed to do was get his life fucked. It's not like he was causing any lasting harm to Nintendo (though I'm sure they're claiming this guy's streams caused them to lose googolplex dollars)

  • 'ate Nintendo, simple as mate.

  • 1000 burner accounts and not behind a single proxy

  • waow-based the one good gamer?

Oh man I watched this guys streams once hahaha

  • I like to think that every time I don't buy a product, even if I don't pirate it or even know that it exists, I am doing equally as much harm as pirating said product. As scaled by the however much a copyright violation fine is apparently worth ($150,000), I am personally liable for tens, if not hundreds millions in losses for Nintendo with all their games and consoles I didn't buy or play.

As for me? I'm building my new life with that value.
