Maybe it's just my circle, but I haven't seen this kind of behaviour or talk outside of TV shows from the 1980s and Facebook posts from the elderly. Is it still a thing?
I encounter the same vibes from people sometimes so I wouldn't at all be shocked if it was still a thing, but it feels like it's much less of a thing these days
I think pornography being able to be stored and accessed digitally has changed the goon cave of today to be much more discreet.
One of my in-laws has a maybe 80-100sq ft room off the basement with guns in a safe and porn on the wall.

I understand having a "man cave" or whatever you want to call it, but has anyone ever explained the point of having naked or lingerie clad women on the walls?
I'm a straight dude who likes naked women. I look at them from time to time. But I don't get it as decoration for your hobby/work/game area.
