Not to my knowledge, but nextdoor is pretty clutch for getting secondhand goods and not supporting Meta. Scammers are far fewer, if not, nonexistent because you need to provide an address and verify it with a post card that they send you in the mail. At least that's how it was when I signed up. Not sure if it changed. The only issue is you have to see all the posts from boomers whining about kids on their lawns or whatever.
Facebook is the place you go to plan building a road with your neighbours and to adopt puppies. Other than that it's all just AI slop
