Dumb question: How does this work with the 4th Amendment?
- Conservatives don't think immigrants have rights, including the right to prove they are citizens. Therefore the 4th amendment doesn't apply to anyone they assume is an immigrant in their eyes.
  Conservatives have all three branches so what they believe is what will happen.

I don't feel safe around firearms for reasons. A hunting bow for self defense seems ineffective.
Are there otherways to defend my home?

- I get it. Frankly I didn't want to get firearms. But the way things are going, I went to classes and practiced gun safety to the best of my ability. I just decided that it's better to have one and not need it. Than to not have one and need it. Especially if I trust myself with being responsible.

- Crossbow would be better than a bow I feel. You can load your shot preemptively, like a gun, but it isn't a gun.

- Not that are as effective as a 12 gauge, no.
- bows are very effective, especially if you get some sharp arrows + you get an element of surprise, people don't exactly expect to be shot with an arrow
