Elite: Dangerous is an interesting pick, considering the devs have abandoned console development.
- Last month, one of the PS Plus Essential games of the month was by a developer that went out of business a few days before the game went live.
  
  Its sorta comparable, but Saint's Row was a finished single player game that could maybe be updated one day otherwise, while E:D is a game that will be lacking several months (years?) of content, being an online game that is in constant development

Am I mistaken or are there loads of games this month for PS+ Essential, where usually there are 3?
- These are Extra games. Essential has 3 this month: The Callisto Protocol, Farming Simulator 22, Weird West
  
  Damn, I’ve been bamboozled again (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ I keep confusing Extra and Essential, why couldn’t they have come up with a better name?
