Pretty much, yeah. Starts out seeming like she's trying to stop a kid from a bad decision, then instead of a bunch of toys falling down or whatever, leopards ate their face. So like any good parent, she helps them start cleaning up from the consequences of their actions.

Liberals will happilly tell them its their fault for riding a skateboard, walking when there's a car available, or, knowing Jenny's fam/friends from her comics, "playing with" tannerite.

Yeah… it's more of a combined educational-, economical- and cult-problem, paired with a bad political system. It can affect anyone depending on their situation in life, causing them to be either incompetent, blinded in some way or outright radicalized.
