Idiocracy was a utopia compared to what we're in store for. They had health care, an environment that wasn't actively killing them, and a president that actually wanted to solve problems.
I know it seems dumb but you could have this at a party as a non alcoholic option, and still “feel” like you are imbibing with the others. If you like the white claw flavors I guess.
I think even better, with the electrolytes, is something you switch to between every few drinks if you're drinking heavily. It should reduce your hangover and you still get to appear and taste like you're drinking a white claw for whatever reason.
I drink mindlessly and really fast so sometimes when I'm have vodka sodas(flavored seltzers) I'll skip the vodka for a round and my brain could not tell the difference. I can only imagine this working (and being beneficial) for seltzer since it's the only one that hydrates and isn't adding more sugar.
If you give a shit what other people think, order/make a tonic water with lime juice. Refreshing, and you won't have drunk people pestering you to have a "real" drink with them all night...
If it has 15 calories it can't be just water. Maybe they removed alcohol, but it looks like everything else (possibly additional stuff to maintain similar taste was added) was kept.
I was drinking Liquid Death for a while because I really liked their Mango Chainsaw seltzer and then one day I looked at the ingredients and found out why. They put agave nectar in it to sweeten it. They're doing similar things here.
I've never had one. I know it says white claw but which animal's claw is white does it taste like? I'm not a animalogist so they might be expecting a little too much from me as a potential consumer.
Do they squeeze the juice out of each claw or do they just blend them all together like animal bones in pet food?
I know so so many people who have gone Cali sober, including myself. It's a particularly silly brand to see try to have a NA option but I'm also not suprised to see it based on my own anecdotal experiences of the market
It's so people can be in a social context without others asking them to drink constantly. It's not innovation but it isn't a useless product. It has a real world purpose.
It's a fucking can of liquid. Smartwater is doing the same thing with water. Are you really that fucking surprised that you think capitalism is surprising for a popular drinks among young people, which might I add you is actually good and better than drinking other shit people drink out of a can. I am talking about beer drinkers from a can.
If this is another option for someone not to drink then give it to them. The rest of you need to find something better to do with your lives.
