On his podcast “Off Leash,” Erik Prince said the U.S. should “put the imperial hat back on” and take over and directly run huge swaths of the globe.

Prince’s co-host Mark Serrano then warned him that listeners might hear his words and believe he means them: “People on the left are going to watch this,” said Serrano, “and they’re going to say, wait a minute, Erik Prince is talking about being a colonialist again.”
Prince responded: “Absolutely, yes.” He then added that he thought this was a great concept not just for Africa but also for Latin America.

Prince is an evil warlord who was in charge of the blackwater PMC back in the day. His sister is the heir to some fortune and a very important republican. He is a christian fascist wannabe crusader. Just the absolute worst scum you could imagine.

Prince himself was the nepo baby of Edgar Prince, formally of the car parts manufacturer Prince Corporation. Daddy gave half the family fortune away to his workers when he died. The kids wanted nothing to do with the company and sold it to Johnson Controls.
He married into the the DeVos fortune. The DeVos' were huge Trump supporters. Betsy DeVos was Trump's Secretary of Education.
So one could conclude this is the out loud part of Trump's foreign policy if he wins. Doubt anyone would ask Trump about Erik or the DeVos family influence directly.
