"Former Battlefield director" meaning, worked on the upcoming Battlefield narrative. Had nothing to do with Battlefield before the franchise's death.

His real accolade was being the fucking Halo Creative Director at Bungie. Who writes these titles?
- I suppose they wrote battlefield in the headline since it's an EA franchise, but I totally see where you're coming from. At least they mention halo directly after.
  
  They make it sound like he was a big deal with the BF franchise at EA, but he really wasn't.
The guy has been with EA less than ten years. We've all known EA is a garbage company for 20 or more years. If you lay down with dogs...

- Old NFS games and other titles? That is a great positive.
The last truly awesome battlefield was back when desert combat was a mod for battlefield 1942.
- 2142 for me.... I loved that game so so much.
- Plus it had a sick title track
