I usually just have oatmeal and nuts and fruit ๐ for breakfast . I then have pasta and chicken ๐ or salmon ๐ฃ or pbjs. For dinner I have pasta or rice with chicken or salmon ๐ฃ.
Oats or potatos for breakfast (depending on how much time I have), lunch is either a bean wrap or a veggie wrap, dinner will be some variation on beans and rice (rn now I'm scooping it into hard taco shells and topping it with fresh veggies), potatoes/pasta with texturized veggie protein, or three bean chili. For breakfast I have a little bit of granola and fruit and lots of nuts. For lunch I have a carrot, more nuts, banana or orange, and pb+j or bagel. For dinner I have various things, commonly stir fried veggies with tofu.
