Red Lobster, which brought affordable shrimp and lobster to middle-class America and grew to become the largest seafood restaurant chain in the world, has filed for bankruptcy.
Working as intended. The company was spun off from its parent a decade ago and bought by vulture capitalists. As is tradition, they picked the skeleton clean before leaving somebody else responsible for the corpse.
