So with the spinoffs....(The Giggle Spoilers)

It seems to be this was also a back door pilot for the Unit spinoff. I wonder if Donna will actually stick around for it? May she and her family will stick around for new stuff. I'm guessing if that happens Tennants Doctor will always be off doing something and that why he can't help.

Arbys food is good

I like Arby's. The roast beef sandwich with their Arby's sauce, their beef and cheddar, even their chicken sandwiches. They are delicious. Their curly fries have no equal, and the potato cakes are great too.

10 hour smoked pulled pork

Dropped a pork butt in the smoker this morning. Once it hit The Shelf I wrapped it up and let it get to 210 before pulling it out and letting it rest for 30 min before shredding and shoving it into my face.

Did 2 racks of ribs yesterday for the first time, still need to work on that. 3-2-1 didn't quite work out. Didn't get pics of those though.

We recently had a meeting with our new (as in 4th in a year) rep. They let us know ROBO licensing is moving away from the VM Pack method it is now to per socket licensing. Minimum of 16 core per socket purchase, and you can’t stretch a license across multiple cores.

We about blew a gasket when we were told this. It is going to make our ROBO license jump from about $2K up to $30K PER YEAR. We were told changes to Ent+ are coming too, but details were not known. We are in the process of looking at how moving to another option would look like. Either Hyper-V or Nutanix AHV.

I guess we can see how Broadcom is making their money back. By screwing over their customers.

How many communities are you blocking?

I'm up to 92 so far. A mix of non English, furry and hentai porn, and a few I just don't see the point of. I've got 6 or 7 users to, mostly bots that repost reddit content, and the piped link bot.

Can't reply to kbin users?

I keep having issues replying to users from kbin. Here is an example

I can't reply to this person in liftoff.

Actually, now that I try I can't reply to them from the website either. Maybe it's a lemmy thing?

Smoked pork loin

Rubbed it down last night and put it in the smoker after work today. Applewood chips on 225 for 2 or so hours.

Lemmy is helping my scrolling addiction

I used to be in reddit like.... All the fucking time. So much in there in so many niche subs you could scroll for hours and not see the same thing twice. Since lemmy is so much smaller and not as built up so much yet I'm not doom scrolling anymore.

[Script Sharing] My script to gather DMARC info from an O365 mailbox

I know there are a lot of options out there for DMARC report gathering, but as a project to get used to MSGraph API I wanted to write a script to send a csv report of our DMARC mailbox. It includes calls to our password manager to get the connection info for the application I made to interact with graph. It gives a csv that looks like this

I attempted to use a code block to post the directly here, but it didn't want to format correctly so here is the pastebin link
