Just got on my second period of vacation this summer, another two weeks of being off work during summer.
Work, house party, golf, upgrading speakers in the suv. Friday night was chilling at home with my SO.
Going to have a busy morning tomorrow to try an beat the heat. Gotta do some yard stuff before it hits 90f.
But then Sunday my group will be trying the new beta 1.5 of Daggerheart
Hopefully finishing the paint job on my latest model and starting the build process.
For the last few hours I've been driving around looking at garage sales. Nothing much so far
Had a date night with my wife while the kids are out of town.
Tomorrow I'm doing a take home assignment to hopefully land a job. Been out of work for about 4 months now. Nailed the first interview pretty well and this is the tech interview part. I vastly prefer it to hacker rank and leet code, but it's a lot of work to put in if I don't get the job.
Just got finished helping my mom put up some new paintings for the stairs and hall. I picked out the paintings and I think we've done a great job at making everything look so much more colourful! 😃

Hosted a game night with friends, now just drinking a beer on my porch
Just got home from an impromptu night of camping out at the lake. Did a few hours sailing in decent winds this morning. I am now sun-drenched, sweat-soaked, and exhausted, but feeling good.
Brewing ginger ales. Hopefully starting some fungal cultures, hope to shred some tobacco leaves for smokes.
After 6 months of medical related delays, today I have session 0 for a Shadowrun 5e campaign that I'm GMing for and excited to start. We have a few newbies to help get up to speed with the system, but I'm ecstatic to finally have another game going after a few years of absolutely none.
