Lmao ain't no commercial car in existence that can go 420mph. Cop saved you a ticket if you're not an idiot about things.
- I would expect that any commercial car can go 420mph if you drop it from high enough.

  Nope, still doesn't work. The fastest commercially available cars don't go much faster than 220mph, which is about 350kmh.

- You think. There was an infamous case in Hungary where someone was cited for allegedly going 260 kmh in downtown Budapest. In an old Ford Transit van. While reversing.
  The police simply refused to entertain the idea that someone knocked the camera and it made a bad read.
  They had to close off the street and demonstrate that the van couldn't get to 260 in reverse.
  The most memorable thing of the whole case was the head of the police saying with a straight face "Hungarian traffic laws are not enforced according to the laws of physics", as part of the prosecution argument.

I mean there's no street legal car in the world that can go 420 so you'd probably just get that ticket thrown out. Still have to pay the court cost though which is bullshit.
- People making those rocket-powered land-speed record breaking vehicles use this one weird trick to get out of speeding tickets.
  
  Another great tip is to drive at 54900 km/s so that all red lights are green lights from your perspective.

Where I live, the highway speed limits are 65 and State patrol are always sitting near my house, often ticketing people for as little as 70. I set my cruise at 69. It's nice.
