The notes could add corrections to minor details, or even be about something that changed since the video was uploaded.
The Dislike was great for "This whole video is garbage"

5 0 ReplyAt BEST, it would explain things too late since corrections never spread anywhere near as far and fast as viral misinformation does.

On one hand, there's a lot of nonsense on YouTube that it'd be nice to address.
On the other hand, we're talking about harnessing the wisdom of YouTube comments.
15 0 ReplyThere are a couple channels I watch where I expect community notes to be absolutely abused to make anyone who comes to their channels think they're either liars or something horrendous. As good of a feature as this is, I have no doubts it'll be abused.
