It is just me or the trackpad/cursor function on the iPad stop working?
I have tried a the Magic Keyboard and a different bluetooth keyboard. This persists across reboot.
I can still use the keyboard, but no cursor or trackpad gestures.
I am trying to stay open-minded here.
As it is, I donât see a usage that justify install a privacy nightmare on the system level, an app, or even a browser extension.
The only time I have been using any AI stuff lately is when Brave_Search/Copilot_on_Bing do a quick summary of the search results, and give me the link to the website. It donât need to constantly see what I am doing for that.

They cut a bit too much out of this ep. It is obvious that there are content than was made, but was cut later in production to rush the story along. This left the ep feeling disjointed, especially in the last part.
I just hope that they make up for it later on.
You did not misremembered it. They tried to make it difficult, got backlashed, then took a step back. All of it before Win11 was widely distributed, so some people never had to deal with it.
With that said. MS still looking ways to try forcing you to use Edge. Recently, all of your Chrome tabs just got reopen into Edge, "due to a bug".
They did not outright declined it. They policy is not to engage wt commercial entities. Therefore, there is no contract or agreement of any kind. Nevertheless, Solvo may just voluntary donate to the project, for the PR.

I feel sorry for anyone who had to sat through this event. It was the most boring and soulless presentation I have ever seen. It it the definition of "This could have just been an email".
Honestly, the budget the show got is just too low. None of the fight scenes is even bearable. They put all there eggs in the echi stuff; but as a manga reader, I am disappointed the the story / action got no room to shine at all.
It is clear that they need to cut a lot of content in this arc. I canât say that it is a bad decision, as this arc in the manga feels like it is dragging on forever. There are just too much happening. Nevertheless, I am curious about the opinions of those who have not read the manga.
Mesa comes as separate flatpaks which is hidden in the GUI, and is automatically install when you install a flatpak. The system can have multiple versions of the driver installed. When Steam is ready to use a newer Mesa version, it will do it automatically.
Mangohud, on the other hand, is a flatpak you need to install manually via the command line. You should follow the instruction on their Github page for that.
P.S: In case you like a GUI for things. You should install Flatseal, which provide a GUI for configuring flatpaks.
Apparently, the CAD software Ondsel is also not compatible with the mesaâs implementation; and it would just crash right after the boot.
There have been a implementation of Opencl in the Mesa driver for a year now, But, have any software start using it? I got no luck with both Davinci Resolve and F@H, and now I am curious.
Microsoftâs game plan seems to be:
- Sell a cool idea, halfheartedly.
- Abandon the idea.
- Wait until someone else done it right.
- Ripe them off / play catch up.
It was exactly like that for Windows on ARM.
In other words, regardless of whether you like/hate Apple, if the Vision Pro does not success, then there probably wonât be any further investment in the space from MS either.

Yeah. It is on by default for my iPad. And, boi, almost all third-party apps that I use does not work with that.
I have been trying to use the iPad as a laptop replacement for years. However, the behaviour of a connected keyboard has always been a source of frustration. Namely, the âspaceâ key would often not act to insert a âspaceâ character, but rather as âactivateâ. Which means, in many situation, it would trigger whatever button on the top/top-left of the screen instead; the âBackâ button in a browser, for example.
Anyway, I finally found where to change this behaviour in the Settings app, and thought I should share it. The setting is in:
Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access > Command > Activate
Personally, I replaced it with cmd+enter; but you can do whatever you want there.

Yeah, true... But, this case is not the best example of that, since Apple is getting punished quite serversly here. And, the fact they there was any punishment / lawsuit at all make the US looks like the fairer place to be. The Chinese big brothers would just swept it under rugs in favour of the bigger company from the get go.
At some point in 2023, Crunchyroll decided that their users should not be allowed to stream their anime on through the website on mobile. This is a huge turn off for me, as I have developed a habit of keeping a Crunchyroll show on as a tab in the browser, which I would hop in an out as I do other things. I donât know why they want to force me to use the app, nor do I care, as it is the service is unusable for me.
For those who also want to switch off Crunchyroll, I will say Hidive is a good platform to throw some money at in 2024. They have been carrying many high quality shows in the past year, and you can stream via the website anywhere. Although, their app is pretty bad, for those who care.
