Under his leadership United's denial rate has increased dramatically (to 32%, double the industry average), and they implemented an AI model that was known to be racially-biased and had a 90% defect rate in its determination. This particular company and CEO are egregiously worse than the rest of the already fucked up industry.

When it's something like insurance you won't know the service is shit until you actually try to use it and your claim is denied. You can't change to a better insurance company that will accept your claim because insurance comapanies won't accept a past claim when you sign up for the service.
