- I hope users know that Lemmy exists. Reddit suppresses discussion of alternatives and usually bans links. Word-of-mouth is slower but it will get there eventually.

  It can vary. lemmy.world and join-lemmy links are often removed, to the point I think some subs flag them automatically. Links to other instances see solid. I just checked and I have made a dozen posts on Reddit with links to Lemmy in the last day and they are all still up. I will push my luck too far soon though, I'm sure.

It feels like the porn bans may be misdirection - it's the quiet shanking during the prison riot you have to keep an eye out for:
