This kinda happened to me at a workplace.

I tried to negotiate my salary when I began and they said they don't negotiate salaries because people of color and women are disproportionately less likely to negotiate than White men who benefit from the practice. And I'm like, but... I'm a person of color?? They wouldn't hear any of it. One of the worst jobs I've ever had.

Why even bother with primaries? Just give every nomination to the most senior candidate who isn't vetoed by someone more senior. And then before the general elections, the most senior members of both parties can meet and pick which voters they want.

No, he's free. Now he owes NOTHING to the Dems, and can go on the attack. He's got a LOT of people in his corner, and there are a whole lot who don't know who he is yet, but will love him when they get to know him.

Right, and as soon as the capitalists realize this third party is gaining traction over the dems they'll stop trying to buy and lobby democrats and instead try to buy, coopt, and float their own candidates in this new party while pumping huge amounts of money for their preferred candidates over ours.

The fact that they can be bold and decisive when they feel threatened is actually encouraging. The problem is that losing America to literal traitors and Nazis wasn't motivating enough to act, but a smart 25 year old is.

We just have to make them fear us enough that they straighten out their priorities, and start working for US.

Never going to happen. So long as they can play the "we'll at least we aren't republicans" card, they will be perfectly fine. What we need is a viable third option. We need actual liberal representation in the US.
