Side note, Thrice has a really deep catalog now and are still putting out great music. A lot of it is kind of allegory but they really moved on from the teen screamo type music.
There's no way vague posting isn't still a thing. People have always been and will always be passive aggressive sadsacks from time to time. It's just changed formats, not disappeared completely.
Is that really "the old Internet" though? That seems more like the Internet from like... 15 years ago maybe? That's definitely not "the old Internet" lol I'm pretty sure people still do this don't they? I don't have any real social media accounts anymore so I haven't really kept up with it
i would place the old/new internet divide on the commercialization of smartphones. Not on the user age but how we got online. Internaut profile too has changed from people who work with computers + gamers to anybody
