Saturday night Pathfinder is church. Here we are trying to prevent some cultists and fake plague doctors from unleashing a horrible disease on our city. I'm the Tiefling fighter in blue.
Once again I am playing Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead and attempting to do the prison island escape challenge. Just me, a prison full of zombies that are way stronger than me, and whatever I can craft and steal. So far I've managed to hack into the guardhouse's armory, reclaim the four guard towers, and picked the locks that will let me navigate the prison in its entirety. A long way off from building a proper boat though.
I'm starting up a Pokemon X Nuzlocke since I never nuzlocked before, and I'm not all that confident so I'm just going to do it with an "easy" region first and see what happens.
Still Minecraft Create: Astral, but with gradually more config file tweaks as it annoys me. Last night I turned the rate of overworld mob drops from sifting sand from 1% to 10%.
I've been playing a lot of Tale of Immortal lately, which is like a jank Chinese high-fantasy (xianxia if you know what that means) version of, like, Mount and Blade kind of? Gameplay loop really reminds me of it more than anything else. Though you never build an army or anything.
Nostalgia got me to throw a little round of Civ Beyond Earth. I honestly did have some rose tinted glasses about the game, combat feels much worse than Civ 6, but the tech tree is VASTLY superior to the linear version. The affinity system leaves a little to be desired, especially since it kinda forces you to engage with the tech tree in a linear way, you more or less have to go for the nodes that give the affinity you're going for, even if their unlocks are irrelevant. Also, the enemy AI is a little dodgy, they never back down from war even after you capture several of their cities, which is frustrating because I had to spend a really long time doing one of the affinity quests since one of the enemy civs kept killing my units as I sent them to the objective.
I have been playing street fighter six. I only have enough emotional energy for two matches before I take a break but keeping that pace I am up to gold with zangeif and Honda. I kinda wanna learn someone that isn't a grappler but then also I kinda don't.
I have been light brigade vr. I am kinda feeling a bit done with it. I kinda just wish there was a VR port of Risk of Rain. Every hord game I have tried just isn't hitting as well.
Been playing monster hunter Now with my partner. That has been real fun to do in real life. I kinda want a game to get into and so I can focus my mental energies on but nothing has just been hitting as hard as I'd like.
I picked up Megaton Musashi W, but unfortunately I haven't quite gotten into it. I feel like the VN bits are better executed in 13 Sentinels and the action stages are better executed in SD Gundam Battle Alliance.
Trying to finally get around to playing No More Heroes 3. About to start the #8 ranking fight.
