[Meta] What do you think of migrating to c/map_enthusiasts@sopuli.xyz?
What do the users in this community think about possibly migrating over to !map_enthusiasts@sopuli.xyz and locking this community? While there's nothing wrong with having multiple communities for a topic, I feel like a consolidated community would be more fun and possibly get more overall engagement. And !mapporn@lemmy.world is clearly the quieter of the two based on the number of posts and active users.
I'm curious to hear your opinions!

Frankly, I think it's fucking stupid. I hate all the foodporn, mapporn, dogporn. It gets really confusing when I'm beating it.

The admins made very clear that they don't tolerate locked communities and will remove mods and assign it to somebody new. So by all means you can suggest people to move elsewhere, but you won't be having much fun in trying to force them.
