Tesseract 1.4.30 Released

1.4.30
This release incorporates several feature requests, lots of bugfixes, and the new ability to open posts and comment threads in modals. The changelog doesn't do the number of changes justice, and I've only highlighted the noticeable aspects.
Thank you to @db0@lemmy.dbzer0.com, @Kalcifer@sh.itjust.works, and @wise_pancake@lemmy.ca for submitting bugs I was able to fix. Additional thank you to @lucki@feddit.org for running the beta versions and reporting all new bugs.

Il Fediverso è un luogo fatto soprattutto di interazioni sociali ma rispetto ai social commerciali non è facilissimo trovare utenti che condividano i nostri stessi interessi.
Sui social commerciali infatti esistono dei processi automatici che setacciano i contenuti e i comportamenti degli utenti per suggerire loro altri profili ad alta compatibilità di funzionamento. Purtroppo questo sforzo non è in realtà orientato a far incontrare utenti veramente affini, ma più che altro a far incontrare utenti che potrebbero interagire a lungo e con un livello di tensione tale da creare alto “coinvolgimento”.
Quindi, se l’utente Giovanni è un appassionato cultore del pensiero razionale, il sistema potrebbe non limitarsi a suggerirgli l’utente Francesco, che condivide gli stessi valori di Giovanni, o l’utente Filippo, professore di Filosofia della Scienza mo

self actuating toggle switch?
I have a pet project I've been working on to modernize an electric organ console, and one of the final things needed are toggle switches. On a modern organ these are able to be manually toggled, or they can be flipped up/down programmatically using electromagnets (video). The ones purpose built for this are obscenely expensive but I can't find anything even remotely similar. Am I crazy for thinking this kind of switch are used in more things than just organs?

Finally have a feature-freeze on 1.4.30 and am in the final shakedown phase and fixing last minute bugs. If anyone would want to or be willing to run the beta and report any bugs, it would be appreciated.

- Bugfix for post titles mangling when they start with
{number}.which was incorrectly rendering as a list item. - Partially re-written modal subsystem that is now history-based. This means you can now close modals by navigating "back" (browser back button, mouse back button, swipe gesture, etc).
