There are over 100 sick prisoners here with me, all of them from Gaza. Some have chronic diseases, some have been injured under torture, and all of them scream from the pain, as there is no treatment.
One day after your visit, a group of soldiers came with dogs, they came to where we were. They selected prisoners at random from every age group … children, young men, old men. They made them lie on the ground, face down, their hands tied behind their heads.
Then they set the dogs on them again, and then one of the soldiers tried to get one of the dogs to rape one of the prisoners! They teach their dogs to have sex with prisoners! Can you imagine?
They made the dogs attack them, tearing at the skin and flesh of the prisoners […], then they stood them up and put them in a corner where there was a big "iron window". They put [the prisoners'] hands on the window, then began beating them on their backs, their buttocks, and their legs from behind.
They attacked another prisoner called "J.M." in the same way - they beat him and abused him, and brought in dogs to rape him. They stripped him naked and put the dogs on top of him, they were ripping at his flesh, then a soldier came carrying an "electrical baton", which emitted high-voltage electric shocks, and they started beating the prisoner on his genitals.

There were no female soldiers there at all, they brought a prisoner they selected randomly; his name is 'H.M.' and they started torturing him until his screaming echoed in the space - they were hitting him viciously.
Then they stripped him naked, put his body on the ground, and lifted up his buttocks then they brought a fire extinguisher, and started beating his backside with it. Then they inserted the fire nozzle into his anus and opened it…they raped him with a fire extinguisher, and they emptied it inside him, they were saying to him in broken Arabic: "We want to put out your pain and make you forget it"…then he lost consciousness.
What in the actual fuck...that's deplorable. Fuck Israel.
Yeah, the second part is not feasible in the way mentioned in the article with the victim being alive and talking - putting a fire extinguisher into someone's behind and releasing it will kill the person unless major surgical care is delivered within a very short timeframe (and even then chances aren't too good).
Pressure injuries from to the rectum do exist, as people are both horny as well as stupid/assholes. But a fire extinguisher is applying a pressure in the range of 15 bar. That would instantly tear the complete lower rectum and colon, even in cases where the pressure valve would not have been actually inserted into the victims anus but only released closely to it, as the sphincter does open up from far less pressure. A patient victimised like that would either bleed to death within a short time frame(minutes to hours) or die from sepsis (hours to days) with the first option being far more likely. It requires massive surgical and critical care efforts to even make people survive that - and measures that are easily recognised decades later. The patient would receive a anus praeter (articial stoma in the abdominal wall) and require weeks to month in hospital - under ideal treatment situations and only if not dying before that could be started.
Additionally the substances within a fire extinguisher are highly problematic - military fire extinguishers are almost always powder or foam based. The powder used is highly irritating to the body (and depending on the type plain toxic) and would absolutely killed a guy from the reaction alone. The foam is also highly toxic and irritating in this capacity and would likely also kill the person without medical care.
So no,as a healthcare professional who has seen a fair share of torture victims from Assad's torture chambers, that report does not seem valid to me. (And I am doubtful that a arab only publication would be allowed to visit a prisoner in these facilities..twice)
Don't get me wrong, I am very sure that there is torture and major human rights violations going on in the Israel's "detainee/military prisoners" system and these are beyond bad. But creating false/fake news discredits the real reports.

Does not surprise, their are interviews from the older IDF soldiers who fought during the 1960's, 70's and 80's and they talked about scenes that would make an NKVD or SS soldier proud. Simply disgusting and the old coots were smiling and laughing about it.

Yeah it’s completely unhinged that people are still going on about “beheaded babies” and “women being raped” when it turns out they were just more Israeli lies.
And the evidence says Netanyahu knew about the raid at least 4 hours before it happened. And a lot of the hostages and soldiers were killed by Israeli Apache helicopters under the Hannibal Directive.
There’s also the evidence that Palestinians treated hostages humanely, taking them out shopping, making them birthday cakes and so on.

The only claim that was exaggerated was the beheaded babies. People saw something, jumped to a conclusion, and the story blew up.
There was sexual violence on 10/7 and you can absolutely guarantee that hostages have been raped. And no, "a lot" of the hostages and soldiers weren't killed by IDF. A small number might have been.
