My friend gifted me a "fighting RPG" that turned out to be something else entirely

A friend who I've played WoW with for years gifted me an "RPG fantasy game" from GOG called 'Under the Witch', telling me it was a fighting style RPG. What I didn't realize was that he was trolling me in the most hilarious way

This line right here was the first indication I had that I was being trolled. When I read this line, my jaw dropped 🤣 Basically, you fight this witch, and she uses very inappropriate and uhh let's say saucy moves on you, and you either pass your turn and let her do it to you

This is perhaps one of the most vile games I've ever played and quickly uninstalled... but it was memorable enough that I had to share it with the world ♥

When my raid friends and I have a little disposable income (like during COVID) I'll admit we did troll one another like this. They're still welcome to get me troll games and I promise them I'll play them but only as a "rando" when I randomize my collection.

What's more fun was back before people knew, recommending doki doki literature club to hentai VN fans.
I'd never pay money for a porn game, but I feel if it was gifted to me, I'd play it to completion. At least for the experience to say I did. And hey, if it turns me on and I learn something about myself, win/win.

The game has been in development for half a decade, and it's not anywhere near finished. The voice acting is great but they're glorified demos with adult gimmicks.

- Yea... I kind of went into this one blind. When someone gives you a gift, you don't go and look up a bunch of reviews on it and stuff. You open the present and start figuring it out yourself. So uhh yeah 😅 I did that... To myself kinda

Ugh. Why can't porn games get their own platform so I can look for a fucking game to play without having literal porn shoved in my face. What kinds of losers actually buy these "games"? Smh my head.
- Yeah, imagine if steam could implement a setting so that you could only see these games if you enabled said setting. Oh, wait...
- They do exist; but also constantly debate with stores like Steam about what can be allowed since Steam is ultimately much more visible. They make it murky with the occasional VN that’s “90% cryptic folk mystery, 5% romance, 5% visuals of non-consenting animated minors in the nude being victimized by a tentacle”.
  
  Steam, for very understandable reasons, has waffled back and forth on whether to allow those games.
