Creepy Southern accent - "Hello, it's been a while since I spoke with you. Some of my compatriots have said to me 'Now that RFK Jr. is out of the race - you outta take his place on his ticket.' But you - dear viewer - are probably wondering how Frank Underwood - fictional character could run in the real world. I have a solution to that problem." He smirks and then Spacey starts speaking in his real voice. "That is because I, Kevin Spacey, hope to run on the ticket. To become a real president. Like the witnesses at my trial RFK Jr. is conveniently dead." Then he uses a tingle of his Underwood accent "I've always been lucky that way. Real lucky." Smiles.
