Not to defend Tesla but lol, you should look up your state's lemon laws and see how many cars are repurchased/etc due to being certifiably lemons. Jaguar and Jeep for example? Jaguars especially for being a 'luxury' brand, were/are notorious for having various electrical issues or shitting the bed after 20k miles, but they're still around today.
220 posts on the Isses forum out of 3,878 total cars sold is a very very bad statistic. That would mean over 5% of owners have made a post about their issues - actual failure rate is likely much higher. I don't know about you lot, but I've never made a post online about problems with a car.
They've only sold 4k??? How the fuck do you sell that few of anything and yet reveal so many problems. All the buyers will be hardcore fans, too.
If your first 4k users have revealed this much shit, then you simply cannot have any actual kind of QA process. We have only seen the start of the issues this thing will suffer from.
