I dunno if I like articles like this, because I haven't really heard anyone really say this. I like in podunk Midwest state and folks around here are set that things are already getting better, and if they aren't, it's because of the last administration or because Democrats keep getting in the way.
Online, comments from articles and a certain sub reddit are all bouncing around ecstatically and shouting "WINNING" with everything that is happening. I'd like to think the mirage is fading, but I have been able to find truth of that just yet.

Other than having to stamp out some offensive exuberance, there has been no reaction to any of it. They are just excited about the ascendency of the right and waiting for the "benefits" to percolate through society.

Sure, you can find one or two people who will claim to be regretful Trump voters. (Just like you can find a very few microbiologists who swear the universe was created in six literal days around 6,000 years ago.)
