Reddits antiwork has a fed mod!

cross-posted from: https://lemmygrad.ml/post/6846087

Full disclosure on Friday night my brother chill-left showed me this conversation and I believe it is worth sharing.

“Teia Rabishu” has been the top mod of antiwork since the massive scandal of a moderator appearing on Tucker Carlson who spoke about their part time job as a dogwalker. She appears not to understand the concept of the Overton window. Her defense of the decision to ban, “Platforms affiliated with the CCP, such as TikTok and Rednote, because China is a hostile foreign government and these platforms constitute information warfare.” despite the opposition of the moderators and users of the sub is suspicious, unethical, and totalitarian. In typical “dictator fashion”, her entire stance seems to be “china bad” and she constantly argues via logical fallacies. Not only this but, “Caledric” from the beginning of being a moderator for antiwork openly admits to working for US intelligence and expresses sympathy as well as agreement to their ideological framing and conclusions. “Teia” defends and supports “Caledric” as well as upholds the ideological anti-communism and red scare propaganda which led to this entire debacle.

This document and photos where leaked by u/chill-left before he was banned from the anti-work subreddit. He was a moderator dissenting within their internal communication discord. The supposed reason for his ban was calling for democratic elections to replace the head moderator of the antiwork subreddit. As well as disagreeing with “Teia Rabishu”.

Please share this with any interested individuals or parties, especially anyone associated with antiwork.

  • Caledric — Today at 7:05 PM Did you miss the part where I said I was fucking part of the US Intelligence network and had first hand knowledge of how they were using the platform, and their plans on how to manipulate people with it? You are exactly the type of apologist that they were seeking to create. Someone who will blindly defend them with whataboutisms and turn a very specific issue into a wide general issue.

    New Navy Seal copypasta

    • Love how this dumbass can't fathom "hostile to the US government doesn't mean they're hostile to me." and "All governments try to influence people via the public sphere, I don't give a shit the US does it, so why should I care China does?"

  • this dude basically says he’s been unemployed for years but somehow has “firsthand knowledge” that china is using tiktok to brainwash “sympathizers”

in other words he has a porn addiction from not working and wants to blame china

  • i got to the part where the mod started unironically quoting 1984 newspeak and then had to dip before i pulled a muscle from cringing

  • Is this the same mod that caused a bunch of drama on the Contrapoints subreddit a couple years ago? I don't remember the details but iirc people were calling her a fed then.

  • I wanted to do a bit where I was the fed mod of anti work but there's too much text for me to read at the moment - it looks like drama too. So it just feels like it's too easy to get owned for a silly joke.

Naa, just kidding, comrades! It feels good to finally be famous! Like my work monitoring leftist forums and reporting those who post too good to be injected with cringe takes and nanobots has finally been appreciated by the proper audience. It's a labor of love to be around my comrades despite my job at Langley! Yep, it was me who also had to pick up more work modding that subreddit. Luckily I was already an expert in detecting those who post too good, so it was a natural use for my talents. I was really trying to get in my boss' good graces by picking up the extra project. Despite that, my work rival (Not Johnathan China) who is also my work crush's crush, Guisano Jones, got the promotion instead of me. So I've really just been spinning my wheels over in Reddit.
