An easy pick for me but it captures the last decade so well. Lincoln looking at the noose/halo is what sends this one over from being just a funny picture into being genuine art. It should be in a gallery. It should be in the entryway to the White House.
I love this photo from 2010 during student protests in UK. The crowd is screaming "off with their heads" and the looks on their face are fucking chefs kiss
This one really says it all. Red skies, wildfires, during a global pandemic, and there's a a UPS van just chilling in what looks to be the actual apocolypse
ridiculously choice picture, but I wouldn't say it defined the last decade
The first half of the 2010s were very different from the latter half in terms of how people behaved and humor. I think even moreso than the first and last halves of the 2000s.
There’s an 95% chance he was only getting Big Macs for himself and only told the secret service to drive back to order more after his advisor reminded him he had visitors
The only thing I can think of when I see this pic is how quickly fast food gets cold and how shitty it tastes once it does. You know those borgors have been sitting for an hour at least
wish i had a clearer photo, i think this was from the greek fires? photo of a mother facing the fire that engulfed her home holding her baby, young, clueless, back facing the fire that is burning the forrest.
Still gets me every time, even though it's been several years. If you can believe it, my Trump supporting coworker has never even heard of the burger feast, or any of the other classic bits.
