I'm gonna make a youtube channel where i take youtube videos and edit out all the superfluous context setting and make them like 2 minutes long max and if you want all the extra stuff you get a link to the original video. I see a headline I just want the meat of the point.
Why is getting a job hard? Because the jobs are all at one diner in Reynoldsville, PA. Boom done.
Not a single mention of needing multiple jobs or not being able to make ends meet with rising costs. When you combine the 30+ day multiple interview "quirkiness" with the underwhelming benefit of complying, the overwhelming attitude becomes much more understandable.
: "Just get two jobs lol. Sorry you have to work 80 hours a week, but it's worth it for porky's freedumz!"
This is especially sadistic when porky is infamous for being arbitrarily picky and only wants "the best of the best" even for fucking dishwasher positions. I need a fucking master's, years of training, and a bunch of "industry connections" just to be given permission to wash dishes for some ungrateful asshole who thinks he's running google. Oh, and they want 100% open availability so even if I'm lucky enough to have the first full-time job, they'll disqualify me because I can't give every moment of my life to washing their precious dishes."
And people call me the "elitist" because I think racism is bad.
Ugh I have to find a new job in the coming months, I wasn’t worried because it seemed like lab work is one of the few things that isn’t having this issue, but with how much I’m hearing about it now I’m worried I am gonna have trouble
