I just wish the creator of Skibidi toilet could learn from Skibidi Biden and make it educational. Edit the videos so that it only says "Trump is using Hitler's language". That will help the kids.
when i first heard that sound on tiktok i thought ppl in the comments were trolling by saying it aired on colbert. i was so shocked it was actually a thing and not made to make fun of ppl like colbert. the weird placement of the laugh track makes it
Even if you don't understand Skibidi Biden, he brings hope to millions who are afraid about the state of our democracy. So many young people have been dissuaded from voting by hearing Skibidi Trump say "Joe is doing Hitler's actions".
In my day we didn’t have YouTube. Our online videos were drawn in Macromedia Flash. They were mindless and half of our jokes were just about traumatizing our friends with shock sites like rotten.
I honestly have no clue what Gay Luigi is, but I do remember Scarface Mario. Really, I think I’m too old to get any of those references.
Unironically Skibidi Toilet is kind of great. It's brimming with lore and creativity, made by free-to-use software, and is infinitely better than the likes of Fred (which is what kids were watching when I was a kid).
Since I'm hating on old Youtube, a quick shoutout (derogatory) to Happy Tree Friends for being made by edgelords who wanted to combine Saw with cute children's cartoons. Great for Youtube! In fact, so great that at one point they actually partnered with Youtube to make instructional videos for new creators.
I'm mostly annoyed about how people talk about skibidi toilet:
It was created by gen alphas for gen alphas. No, it was created by a zoomer. The target audience might be gen alpha, but the oldest gen alpha is less than 10 years old, and your average 10 year old doesn't have what it takes to actually create skibidi toilet.
It's just more randumb XD humor that millennials came up with. It's not really random in that way, and it bears the mark of a zoomer creator. Like, the whole series takes place in some dystopia and utilizes body horror as an aesthetic. It's definitely not from the same planet as that badger song, which wasn't created by millennials anyways but by a gen xer whose content was latched on by millennials (see point 1).
Overall, it's just MSM creating a fake generation divide by trying to pretend an obvious zoomer creation isn't made by a zoomer and people here overcorrecting by saying an obvious zoomer creation is identical to millennial content.
