Cross-dressing is a critical part of the story, and you keep the outfit to wear in battle if you like. You can also flirt with a guy and he'll give you his boots.

I like how the thong in dragon's dogma 2 is equal to both, and it has a pretty high defense so the game really wants you to wear it at the start where everything kills you easily.

I'm not sure what gender a Metroid is, but considering that suit is made from one, I always thought there's probably some kinda freaky tentacle parasite thing going on in there.
