People lacking perspective still feel the same level of suffering and discomfort that anyone else feels, their threshold for what is "suffering" is just far, far lower than what most people would consider acceptable.
Yeah, the brain adjusts pretty quickly to different levels and extents of hardship. And being delusional about being persecuted doesn’t mean the experience of feeling persecuted is different. You just don’t experience… you know… the underlying persecution. That’s why there are entire cultures built around seeking out justifications that persecution is happening. If they need to constantly scrounge up shit that happened in 2018 to feel the same levels of fear as someone who’s actually marginalized by society, they will.
So I can remember being peripherally aware of the fartlow saga, like I remember that she was a hardcore 'lock necklace' Zionist and might have said something transphobic, but anyone care to catch me up on/remind me how it all started? It's all lore I was to busy for at the time
yes, in 1948 when they were driven out many Palestinians brought their house keys, expecting to return. those keys have been passed down as heirlooms and symbols, often worn as necklaces. so it's a really disgusting cynical way for Zionists to mock the Nakba
Also wondering about this!? I'm suddenly rethinking every hot person with a lock and chain necklace I've ever seen; I assumed it was bdsm but maybe not?
I honestly think she’s just a deranged narcissist whose brain has latched on to the idea that any criticism of Israel is a criticism of herself personally.
She only ever speaks about how even the slightest push for Palestinian rights is antisemitism. Afaik she has never mentioned what she thinks should happen to the Palestinians. I suspect it’s because she wants the “genocide” option but has enough self-awareness to know that makes her a monster.
